Yogini: Yoga for Women runs classes just for women, because we have specific needs in our yoga practise:
* We need yoga that helps rebalance our lives. Daily we juggle work, family and home. Yogini yoga helps women nurture ourselves, so that we have more to give. After a Yogini class your stress will be down, and you’ll sleep better at night.
* Our hormones flow and change and so do our yoga needs. Sometimes we need strong and dynamic. Sometimes we need gentle and restorative yoga. In women-only classes we can feel confident about talking of our cycles, and practising the kind of yoga that enhances our lives.
* We need yoga that will tone our pelvic floors.
